Promti is a studio run by Eric from Barcelona, Spain. Email: [email protected]. The company’s details (legal name and tax number) will be published here before buying opens.

What this site collects

Nothing is stored on our servers while you browse or use the wizard: your answers and the pictures you upload stay in your own browser (localStorage and IndexedDB) until you download your site. You can delete them by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The sound setting is kept in your browser too. No cookies, no analytics that follow you, no advertising.

Services we rely on

Cloudflare hosts the site (like any host, it handles your IP address to serve the pages). The typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for them. When buying opens, payments will go through Stripe, on Stripe’s own page: we’ll receive your email and whether the payment went through — never your card.

If you write to us

We use your message only to answer it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, at [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority — in Spain, the AEPD (aepd.es).
