A website for your launch event, counting down to the doors opening

A launch event has one job before it happens: getting the right people to keep the evening free. The invitation goes out, then the reminders, and the link in every one of them lands on the same page.

Make yours — see it before you payOpen the live demo

The kit Event — A website for an event, its day lived on its own LED wall.

Evento makes that page count down. The time left ticks away, second by second, above the venue’s door and on the LED wall inside; the evening’s moments — the doors, the presentation, the demos, the drinks — follow one another with their hour and their light; and the people presenting appear on the wall. Each place on the guest list links to wherever you collect names.

What your site shows

  1. The countdown

Days, hours, minutes and seconds to the doors, drawn in LED digits on the wall and on the ticker, which also shows the date and the venue in turn.

  2. The presentation

The talk that unveils the product gets a close-up at the lectern, with the presenter’s face filling the wall behind.

  3. The evening’s order

Doors, presentation, a round table, drinks: each moment with its hour, its title in the air and its own light, warm late in the afternoon and dark once night falls.

  4. The party

If the night ends with a DJ, the stage lights move with your track and confetti falls over the guests.

  5. The morning after

Once it’s over, the page thanks your guests, the sign-up buttons go and a form for the next one stays.

Have this ready

  • The event’s name — the product’s, or the night’s.
  • The date and the hours, and the venue’s address.
  • The evening’s moments, each with its hour.
  • Portraits of the people presenting.
  • The link where guests sign up or get their place, and what each place includes.

Worth knowing

Name the night, not only the product

The name goes up in neon and lights the wall in large type. A short one — the product’s name and the year, say — reads best.

Send the same link everywhere

Put the page’s address in the invitation, the reminders and your posts. On the day it says the event is on; afterwards it thanks the people who came.

Show the product elsewhere

This kit shows the room, the people and the wall — there’s no product gallery. If the product itself needs its photos and its 3D model, the Product kit is made for that.

Questions

Can guests confirm on the page?
Not on the page itself: each place — a ticket, in the wizard — links to the form or ticketing page where you collect names, such as Eventbrite, Luma or a Google form. The page keeps no list.
Can the page be private?
Once it’s online it’s a public page. For an invitation-only night, share the address with your guests only and let the sign-up form be the gate.
Does the countdown work for guests abroad?
Yes. It counts to an exact moment, fixed with your venue’s time zone, so a guest in another country sees the time left to the same instant.
What does it cost?
One payment of €500 for the kit, and nothing a month to Promti afterwards. Hosting it on Cloudflare’s free plan is free too, and your own domain is optional.
